We only ship in the UK at present.
As our items are made at home in Brighton, they take a little time to print, package and Ship.
Our standard processing time is 3-5 working days, depending on how large the item you are buying is; it may be less.
If we have it made already, then we can get it out in 1-3 days.
Each item is sent out with a tracking number, and you will receive an email with your order.
Please pop us a message with the reason for your return, We always strive for first-class customer service and will help to resolve any issues where possible.

Personalised items are non-returnable.

Providing your item isn’t personalised and it’s within 14 days, we can accept your return.
Once we have your item, we will process any exchange or return within 10 working days unless otherwise agreed.
