Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, please get in touch with us through the contact tab. Please note that the return will need to be sent to the address as specified within our response.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for packaging the item and returning it to the address. The cost associated with the return postage is covered by you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues or damage, or if the wrong item was received; then we will help you rectify the problem.
Non-Refundable items
We, unfortunately, can not exchange or refund any custom products, as they are made specifically for you and can not be resold.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your return and inspected it, and we will let you know if we accept it or not. if approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 days have passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
